Job summary

Vantedge Medical Company is seeking a CNC Swiss Machinist for our Hudson, NH facility. The role operates CNC Swiss machines to produce precision medical components, reading blueprints and ensuring tolerances. You will document production, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement within ISO-compliant processes.

The position is full-time, on-site, first shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Candidates need at least one year of related experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Familiarity with blueprints and technical documents.
• Fundamental math skills.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery per prints and specifications.
• Produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and specifications.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Follow ISO 9001/ISO 13845 ANSI/AAMI/ISO standards.

About this Opportunity:

The CNC Swiss Machinist will produce machined parts by safely operating a computer numeric control (CNC) machine, maintaining quality and continuous improvement, interpreting blueprints, dimension, tolerances and producing high quality components to specifications.
