Job summary

Donson Machine is a family-owned medical device manufacturer seeking an entry-level CNC Support Staff member in Alsip, IL. You will start in a general department (saw, tool crib, assembly, polishing, maintenance, or shipping) and may enter a 9-week training bootcamp to progress into CNC machinist roles in lathe, mill, or EDM departments.

Day or night shifts available with overtime potential. No prior CNC experience required; a strong work ethic and attendance are essential as you learn on the

Qualifications

• High School Degree (or Equivalent)
• 2 Years Job Experience (part-time/summer jobs okay for those just graduating)
• Be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk up to 90% of the day
• Ability to bend, twist, turn, and reach up to 100% of the day
• Ability to work in a shop environment - continuous exposure to potentially hazardous metal working machinery and equipment, loud noises, dust, mist, oils and solvents.
