Jobot in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a first-shift CNC Machinist Supervisor with 7+ years of CNC milling and lathe experience and bilingual English/Spanish. You will oversee daily machining operations, mentor machinists, and collaborate with engineering and production to meet schedules and quality standards.

• Proficiency in CNC program adjustments and machine-level edits.
• Experience training or mentoring machinists in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fabrication methods.

Responsibilities

• Track tooling conditions, machine performance, and material usage to reduce downtime and waste.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality.
