Job summary
Centerline is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician or Machine Rebuilder to join our team focused on precision spindle repair for CNC milling, turning, grinding, and routing equipment. A relocation incentive up to $4,500 is offered for candidates moving from 45+ miles or out of state.
Responsibilities include disassembling and rebuilding spindles, fabricating components, inspecting assemblies, and performing in-process testing. Bonuses are performance-based and tied to completed jobs.
Qualifications
- Experience as CNC maintenance technician or machine rebuilder.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Electrical troubleshooting with diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, repair, and rebuild CNC spindles and related components.
- Fabricate, assemble, and process mechanical and electrical parts to specification.
- Inspect components and subassemblies for accuracy and quality.
- Perform failure analysis and in-process testing.
- Reassemble machine components, including spindles, drives, and assemblies.
- Ensure all work meets precision tolerances and performance standards.
