Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production, job shop, or manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of GD&T for print interpretation and precision measuring tools.
• Experience with QMS, SOPs, and Work Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily machine shop operations, scheduling, and workflow to maximize utilization.
• Develop standardized process routings for efficiency and quality.
• Coach and develop CNC programmers, setup personnel, and operators.
• Coordinate production planning with engineering and quality.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee tooling, fixtures, and machining processes.
