Job summary

F3 Metalworx Fabrication in Erie and North East, PA, is hiring a CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician. You will set up and run CNC laser, punch press or press brake machines, inspect parts with precision tools, and hand off clear notes to the next shift to keep production flowing.

Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new machine operators; experience level and shift differentials may push earnings higher.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading and fabrication drawings
• Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• One year experience with CNC laser, punch press or press brake (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC equipment to form and cut sheet metal parts to spec.
• Perform in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and maintain a clean, safe shop.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency during repetitive runs.
• Communicate production updates to the next shift and supervisors.
