Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass machinability test.
• Prior CNC operation and setup experience.
• Experience on turning and horizontal machining is a plus.
• Knowledge of tooling and ability to assist in tool-related problem solving.
• Knowledge of gauges and CNC operation.
• Ability to follow directions and detailed procedures or work instructions.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills; able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment.
• Setup and operate Mazatrol.
• Setup and operate manual machines.
• Make adjustments to and inspect/approve parts with applicable gauging.
• Check parts to part prints using computer generated test criteria.
• Troubleshoot all machines when needed.
