HyPro Incorporated in Waterford, WI is seeking an Experienced Setup CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will read blueprints, set up machines, and ensure parts meet design specs through QA tests. The role requires troubleshooting CNC programs and handling material loads safely.

We value detail-oriented individuals with strong math skills, ability to interpret drawings, and a professional attitude. Technical education is a plus, and opportunities for growth into engineering exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Able to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiar with CNC programming and setup.
• Detail-oriented with strong math skills.
• Able to operate lifting devices safely when needed.
• Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Understands CMM printouts and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and set up machines per blueprints.
• Perform QA tests to ensure products meet specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CNC program or machine issues.
• Load/unload castings and raw materials safely with lifting devices.
• Meet standard production times for setup and cycle times.
• Manage machine offsets and tool changes.
• Conduct deburring, polishing, grinding, and prep for shipping.
• Document QA inspections and results.
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
