You will decode drawings, set up CNC lathes and mills, select tooling, and prove out parts with tight tolerances. Strong emphasis on precision inspection and safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints, route sheets, and specifications.
• Experience with GD&T and hand metrology.
• Proficient in CNC programming with G-Code and M-Code.

Responsibilities

• Own setups and production on CNC lathes and mills, plus manual equipment as needed.
• Decode drawings, blueprints, and route sheets; prove out parts and validate first articles.
• Run complete CNC operations—setup, milling, turning—with tight tolerances.
• Program and operate manual, semi‑automated, and automated machines (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Verify features using calipers, micrometers, and compasses; document results.
