Olympic Tool Company in Bayville, NJ is seeking a CNC Setup and Machine Operator to join our fast-growing manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC machines, read drawings, and ensure quality and on-time performance.

We offer first and mid shifts with OT available, competitive pay ($20-$35/hour), comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision, plus 401(k) and paid time off. 2+ years of CNC machining experience and G-code familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Knows reading mechanical drawings and basic math.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with CNC operations.
• Familiar with G-Code and CNC machines.
• ISO-9001 quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer and shop orders.
• Set up and operate CNC machines with focus on quality.
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and effective communication.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
