Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Hamilton, OH is seeking a CNC Setup Operator for the 4th shift to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, call up programs, and edit CNC code to optimize production while measuring parts and performing tool corrections.

The ideal candidate has technical college CNC training and at least 1 year of CNC/milling experience, plus the ability to read CAD drawings and use gauges such as micrometers and calipers.

Qualifications

• Technical college or equivalent CNC operation training.
• Minimum 1 year CNC mills and manual milling experience.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and specs.
• Proficient with gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
