Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant CNC experience.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC machining centers.
• Read and interpret programs and blueprints.
• Basic English language reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Read programs, identify errors, and set up machines to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Select proper work holding, secure pieces, load tools, and manage tooling for efficient runs.
• Set up and operate CNC turning and milling centers while monitoring cutting operations.
• Compare finished parts to blueprints using gauges and report any non-conformances.
• Complete quality and production control documentation accurately and communicate issues to leads.
• Perform basic maintenance and follow all safety procedures.
