Kelly Services in Green Bay, WI is seeking a CNC Setup Operator for a premier plastics manufacturer. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly pay and a 3rd shift schedule (7:30pm–6:00am, Mon–Thu).

You will set up and operate multiple CNC machines, read blueprints and setup sheets, adjust tooling offsets, and perform first article inspections to ensure top-quality parts. A high school diploma and 3+ years CNC experience are required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in CNC machine operation, including setup and running multiple machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets to produce parts accurately.
• Basic knowledge of G and M code and making tooling offsets and machine adjustments.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines to fabricate plastic products per customer and production standards.
• Review blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accurate part production and use gaging equipment to check parts.
• Make machine adjustments and tooling offsets; collaborate with CI leaders to maximize productivity.
• Perform first article inspections and work with Quality Control to ensure top-quality parts.
• Load and unload materials safely and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
