Boon Edam is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in North Carolina to set up and run multi‑process operations, including CNC and manual machines. You will verify programs, measure precision parts, and adjust offsets to meet tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of machining experience, blueprints literacy, GibbsCAM knowledge, and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety and quality. This on‑site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• 3–5 years operating CNC and manual machining equipment; GibbsCAM experience preferred.
• Able to run 2–3 machines simultaneously and maintain quality and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex jobs and run sample parts to verify programs and dimensions.
• Perform multi-process metal operations: cutting, milling, turning, bending, and polishing.
• Edit G-code and adjust tool/work offsets as needed to meet specs.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures; document inspections.
