Qualifications

• 3-5 years CNC Set Up experience.
• Working experience within a metal shop.
• Five or more years experience setting up and running CNC Mills.

Responsibilities

• Set-up & run vertical mills for low/mid-volume mill parts with varying complexity and precision.
• Set-up of HAAS Machines.
• Assist in programming and processes for new parts.
• Program edits as needed (at machine).
• Emphasis on efficient and repeatable setups and high production rate.
• Suggest modifications to improve tool life and quality.
• First article and intermittent inspection of parts to prints.
• Fixture development and implementation.
• Deburr and finish parts off the machine.
• Training and technical lead for less experienced operators.
