Production Saw & Machine specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions for automotive, military and industrial sectors. We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join our Short Run team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of CNC setup experience, be proficient in initial setup to tooling, and be confident interpreting blueprints. Join a family-owned culture with competitive pay and benefits.

• Proficient in job setup from initial stages to jaws/workholding, tool setup, and programming.
• Confident in interpreting blueprints.
• Experience on Lathe, Mills, and Machining Center setups.

• Communicating with Quality and Engineering to ensure efficient runs.
• Operating CNC machines between setup tasks.
• Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements.
• Maintaining machine integrity through maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join our Short Run team.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a minimum of 3 years of CNC setup experience
• Be proficient in job set-up- from initial stages to machining jaws/work holding, tool setup, and programming
• Be confident in interpreting blueprints
• Be knowledge and have experience on Lathe, Mills, and Machining Center setups
