Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and setup required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc CNC controls.
• Proficient in using hand tools and measurement gauges.
• Knowledge of maintaining machine tooling and setup documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling.
• Prepare tooling for new processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts for quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize processes.
• Diagnose machine faults and programming errors to minimize downtime.
• Document setups, tool changes, and adjustments.
