Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Background check & Drug test required (excludes THC).

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines using blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Determine tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining sequences.
• Perform first-piece inspections and verify parts meet specifications.
• Install and change tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices as needed.
• Monitor production and adjust machines to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct secondary setups and ensure production readiness.
• Train and support machine operators after setup completion.
• Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Identify and report equipment issues, production concerns, and safety hazards.
