Job description

CNC Set-up Lathe Machinist 2nd shift Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am $27-$33/hr

Join our team as a CNC Set-up Lathe Machinist on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The position offers a pay range of $27 to $33 per hour, plus a 12% shift differential, incentive bonuses, and immediate hiring.

Responsibilities

1. Manufacture products according to engineering drawings.
2. Check product dimensions using appropriate equipment.
3. Record productivity data in the company system.
4. Maintain and clean machinery following department standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of CNC Lathe setup experience (Twin, Takisawa, Okuma, Doosan).
• Ability to set up CNC lathes with FANUC controls, including work holding, tool kitting, and establishing offsets.
• Experience with pre-setters for tool offsets, quick change tooling, macro programming, and software like Mastercam.
• Knowledge of measuring tools, GD&T, and the ability to interpret drawings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
