HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH in Delray Beach, FL, seeks a skilled CNC saw operator to set up and run saw machines cutting steel, aluminum, and plastic with precision. You will be a key early step in producing accurate parts and enabling downstream assembly and quality assurance.

The role requires basic education, ability to read and follow instructions in English, and careful attention to measurements and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some hands-on experience or training preferred.
• Machine operation: Ability to operate CNC saws and possibly overhead gantry cranes.
• Math skills: Confident with basic arithmetic and unit conversions (English Metric).
• English proficiency: Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Problem solving: Use common sense to follow instructions and troubleshoot simple issues.
• Computer skills: Comfortable entering data and using basic software

Responsibilities

• Accurately cut pieces to correct dimensions to reduce waste.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain production flow.
• Ensure safe operation by clamping materials securely and replacing worn blades.
• Document heat treat information for traceability and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with machinists, assemblers, and quality inspectors to ensure downstream success

Working from 6:00am to 2:00pm, You will expertly set up and operate CNC saw machines to cut steel, aluminum, and plastic materials with precision, ensuring each piece meets exact specifications for seamless integration into the final manufactured product. You are the first critical step in the production process—your accuracy and attention to detail lay the foundation for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
