100Hires, Inc. is seeking a CNC Router Operator in Spokane Valley, WA to set up, program, and operate a CNC Router according to instructions and blueprints. You will ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include program evaluation, tool offsets, and data recording; you will monitor machine performance and communicate across shifts to support continuous improvement. Forklift certification is required by company policy.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics, including the use of a tape measure, calipers and height gauge and calculator.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of commonly used tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC router to cut parts per specifications.
  • Review setup instructions, blueprints and specifications.
  • Verify conformance of machined parts using calipers, tape measure, height gauge, etc.
  • Evaluate and adjust router programs, setup zero and reference points, tool offsets.
  • Inspect and measure parts to ensure accuracy; document production and quality logs.
  • Maintain clean, organized work area and safe operations; communicate across shifts.
  • Record and maintain production data and adhere to company policies.

SummaryThe CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting-up, programming and operating a CNC Router according to instructions to produce parts as specified while maintaining safety and quality requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSets up and operates CNC machine router to cut parts according to specificationsReview and understand CNC set up instructions, blueprints and specificationsOperates from detailed blueprints yet able to conceptualize and fabricate parts per requirementsOperates tools such as but not limited to grinders, band saws, pallet jack, air hose, etc.Verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications through the use of calipers, tape measure, height gauge, etc.Push control buttons to activate auto cyclesEvaluate programs for routers by entering instructions including zero and reference points;
