Job summary

Hariley Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Punch Operator for a long-term manufacturing opportunity. You will operate Trumpf CNC Punch machines, set up tooling, and work from engineering drawings to produce high-quality sheet metal parts.

There are fixed shifts with morning or night options and overtime paid at premium rates. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC Punch machinery.
• Good knowledge of CNC punching and sheet metal processes.
• Experience setting and changing tooling.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings, templates and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic production issues.
• Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and hardworking approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC punching machinery and produce high-quality sheet metal components to specification.
• Set up tooling and machinery for production.
• Work from engineering drawings, templates and specifications.
• Maintain tooling and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Load and unload materials.
• Work with fully automated material handling systems.
• Carry out quality checks on completed products.
• Identify and report any quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised working area.
• Comply with all health and safety standards on the shop floor.

We are currently recruiting for experiencedCNC Punch Operatorsfor a long-term manufacturing opportunity.

There are two fixed shift options available, allowing you to choose between a morning or night shift.

Shift Options & Pay

Morning Shift
06:00 – 14:30
Monday to Friday
£14.00 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience

Night Shift
22:00 – 06:00
Monday to Friday
£15.00 – £18.44 per hour, depending on experience

Overtime is available and paid at premium rates.

The Role

As a CNC Punch Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC punching machinery and producing high-quality sheet metal components to specification.

• Operating a range of Trumpf CNC Punch machines,
• Setting up tooling and machinery for production
• Working from engineering drawings, templates and specifications
• Maintaining tooling and ensuring machinery operates efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials
• Working with fully automated material handling systems
• Carrying out quality checks on completed products
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Complying with all health and safety standards across the shop floor

About You

We are looking for candidates with previousCNC Punching experiencewho can work accurately and efficiently within a manufacturing environment.

You should have:
