Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking a seasoned CNC Programmer in Meriden, CT to develop 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs using Siemens NX. You will interpret complex blueprints, apply GD&T, and drive tooling strategies to optimize cycle times for aerospace components.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• CNC programming using Siemens NX (NX Unigraphics).
• Develop 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC programs.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Drive tooling selection, speeds/feeds, and cutting strategy.
• Support simulation, prove-outs, and troubleshooting.
• Improve cycle time and machining efficiency.
• Create setup sheets and process documentation.
• Support AS9100 aerospace quality standards.

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials

• 5-axis CNC programming experience
• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Mastercam or AutoCAD experience
• Lean / continuous improvement experience
• ERP/MRP system exposure
