Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision-focused manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and operate CNC machines, collaborate with engineers, and mentor tooling center machinists from concept through completion.

Responsibilities include using Mastercam to generate G-code, selecting tooling, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while pursuing continuous improvement and advanced CAM techniques.

Qualifications

• 5 years of advanced manufacturing experience.
• 3 years CAM programming experience.
• Associate degree or CNC certification preferred.
• 5+ years of advanced manufacturing experience with 3+ years CAM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to improve tooling and processes.
• Program CNC machines and set up production runs.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD models for tooling.
• Maintain tool library and quality control.
• Mentor machinists and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety and organized work environment.
