Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Proficient in CNC operations and FANUC programming (G and M codes).
• Reading blueprints and machine operation.
• Ability to operate multiple CNC machines.
• Measure and record data; use gauges and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNC setup, operation, and programming to meet production specs.
• Operates on multiple machines and validates dimensions with inspection tools.
• Reads instructions and blueprints to optimize part run efficiency.
• Selects tools/fixtures to meet current specifications.
• Maintains correct feed rates and spindle speeds for Swiss/other CNCs.
