Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Warrensville Heights, OH, is seeking a CNC Programmer / Setup Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will program CNC machines, set up milling or turning equipment, and optimize processes to meet quality and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• 3+ years of CNC programming and machine setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience setting up CNC milling and/or turning equipment.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position; lift up to 50 pounds and standing for 4or more hours at a time.
• Basic English reading and speaking skills required to understand work instructions and safety information.
