Job summary

SEB Professional North America is seeking a CNC Programmer to independently translate blueprints into precise mill and lathe setups for just-in-time fabrication. This role backs up supervision during vacations and trains others in programming and setup for new routings.

Required are 3+ years in manufacturing, a CNC certification, and solid knowledge of CAD/CAM software. On-site role with weekend work possible; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• High School Diploma required.
• CNC Programmer certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with engineering on prototypes.
• Design and development of machine tooling.
• Set up and operate Turrets, Laser, Panel Bender, Safan.
• Perform first article inspection and adjust machine settings.
• Support machining decisions with the Fabrication Manager.
• Assist operators and troubleshoot tool/die issues.
• Observe and verify conformance with specifications using gauges.
