Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Gibbs, SolidWorks are highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of G-code and ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling machining.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machine setups.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams for efficient workflow.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform test runs and adjust for product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain program documentation and revision control.
