Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs.
• Strong CNC machine setup and changeover experience.
• Strong understanding of reading engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for production components.
• Translate drawings and specifications into efficient machining processes and programs.
• Determine tooling, workholding, speeds, feeds, and offsets for optimal results.
• Modify existing programs to improve quality, repeatability, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot programs and machining processes to resolve dimensional or tooling issues.
• Support prove-out and first-piece production before routine manufacturing.
