Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Billerica, MA is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to turn complex designs into precision parts. Read blueprints, set feeds/speeds, and ensure tolerances in a climate-controlled shop.

You should have CNC machining experience and a strong mechanical mindset, with the ability to work independently or with a team. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNC machining experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling and/or Lathe machines.
• Machine parts from raw material to finished product.
• Read blueprints and apply machining best practices.
• Set feeds, speeds, and tolerances.
• Inspect parts using common measuring tools.
• Program using CAM software (Fusion 360 preferred; Mastercam accepted).
