The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of CNC programming experience, deep Mastercam proficiency, and a track record with multi-axis mill-turn, HMC, and Swiss machining. Strong troubleshooting and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Mastercam.

• Aerospace manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a CNC Programmer/Operator and work with state-of-the-art multi-axis equipment in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. We' re looking for a skilled professional with strong Mastercam programming expertise and hands-on experience producing complex, tight-tolerance components.

What You' ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC equipment, including:
  • Doosan SMX 2600ST Mill-Turn (9-Axis)
  • Doosan HP 5100II HMC (Tombstone Fixturing)
  • Okuma 2SP-150H Lathe
  • Tsugami Swiss Lathe (Hobbing Head Attachment)
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters, and workholding solutions.
• Optimize programs for quality, efficiency, and cycle-time reduction.
