Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Springfield, NJ team. You will program and optimize parts using Mastercam and Solidworks, handling 2-3 axis mill/turn operations and reading complex blueprints.

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to ensure parts meet specifications, maintain setup sheets, and perform first-run prove-outs with opportunities for growth within a world-leading valve and flow control components company.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC programming for mill/turn centers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with multi-axis machining and tooling selection.

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize CNC programs for 2-3 axis mill/turn operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Manager and designers to meet production needs.
• Organize and maintain setup sheets, revisions, and tooling lists.
• Perform first run prove outs and revise programs to correct errors or improve efficiency.
