Job summary

VSSI Staffing Services, LLC is looking for a CNC Programmer to enhance our machine shop team. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for precision parts while collaborating closely with machinists and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of CNC programming experience, proficiency in G-code and M-code, and a strong understanding of CAD/CAM software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a machine shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling and/or turning operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining and program-related issues.
