Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related experience.
• 1–2 years machining and CNC programming experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and control CNC equipment through accurate machine programming.
• Read, interpret, and convert technical blueprints into finished products using CNC programming codes.
• Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality assurance testing on finished products and machined components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, workflow efficiency, process capability, and employee safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support new product introductions by evaluating manufacturability and developing process documentation.
