Vitesse Systems in Longmont, CO is seeking a Machinist II to program and manufacture high precision antenna feeds. You will work on CNC machines, ensuring tight tolerances and dimensional accuracy per blueprints and GD&T standards.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines according to internal policies and technical documentation using MasterCam under general supervision.
• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine as required.
• Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly.
• Program and manufacture antenna feeds according to readings.
• Interpret and apply blueprints.
• Apply advanced geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Maintain CMi Quality and safety standards.
• Utilize hand and measurement tools to complete various manufacturing and quality assurance functions.
• Complete fabrication of specialized parts on manual machines.
• Support custom development of fixturing.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
