Job summary

Robot Solutions LLC in Kentucky is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our small family shop. You will program and set up Mills and lathes on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, leveraging CAD/CAM workflows.

Experience with Haas or Mazak controls and familiarity with SolidWorks/SolidCAM is a plus; we offer a four-day work week, 10 hours per day. Candidates should thrive in a hands-on environment and contribute to tooling, processes, and part accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Experience programming and setting up Mills and lathes on 3- to 5-axis machines.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows (SolidWorks, SolidCAM) is a plus.
