Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing operations. This role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment, and ensuring quality parts.

The position is open on 2nd and 3rd shifts with shift premiums of $2.00/hr and $1.50/hr respectively. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in machining, methodizing, or CNC programming.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and fixture drawings to understand tolerances.
• Document work and organize tool data per Plant Manager's instructions.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain schedule.
• Set up and safely operate machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
