Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to support contract manufacturing operations. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with competitive hourly pay and shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining organized documentation while meeting production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment to produce components per product data and instructions.
• Interpret blueprints to understand shape, structure, and tooling requirements.
• Document work in an organized file system per Plant Manager instructions.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain schedule.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and drill presses safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
