CNC Programmer/Machinist

• Willoughby, OH
• $27/hour or higher based upon experience
• 1^st shift working 6am to 230pm, Monday thru Friday (may have some flexibility in the hous)
• Contract to Hire opportunity

Duties/Responsibilities

• Programming and running CNC machines to produce quality parts.
• Use MasterCAM to write and modify programs, also using FANUC and other machine controls on the machines.
• Interpret project blueprints, design programs, and set up CNC machines to produce the components outlined in the program.
• Perform test runs and make adjustments until the resulting product meets blueprint specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Changing out tooling on machines and performing offsets.
• Review and understand blueprints and use precision measurement instruments to inspect completed parts.

Skills/Qualifications

• 1+ Years' experience as a CNC Programmer
• Previous experience using SolidWorks for programming CNC machines.
• Able to setup and perform CNC Machine runs
• Able to read dial calipers, indicators, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Will be subject to pre-employment drug and background screening.
