This position is located in Simi Valley, CA.**Key Accountabilities*** Reduce scrap and non-conformances through training and improved process control* Improve sales OTD through training, set-up reduction, and process improvements* Works within the M.E. Department and provides programs for C.N.C. equipment.* Reviews planning and blue prints for operation requirements and writes programs to complete each operation utilizing MasterCam.* Will use knowledge of machines, technique and tooling to provide the most efficient manner of manufacture. Work as a team player with the other members of the department.* Standardize tooling and programs as much as possible to facilitate pre-set tooling.
