Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a CNC Programmer on third shift (10 hours) to create, update, and optimize CNC programs for our fabrications team. You will interpret fabrication drawings and CAD specifications to drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CNC programming experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot tooling and machine performance while collaborating with the Production Supervisor and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing, machining, or CNC programming experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and basic CNC programming documentation.
• Strong computer skills to learn manufacturing software and CAD systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain CNC programs from drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot programs, tooling, and machine performance issues.
• Assign production orders based on schedules and capacity.
• Monitor tooling inventory and maintain program files and setup sheets.
• Support shop floor operations with machine setup and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures with reliable attendance.
