Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a CAD/CAM Technician to join our Service Parts manufacturing automation efforts in the United States. You will build and maintain intelligent 3D part libraries, create machining programs, and help design parts kits that impact customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include generating GibbsCAM templates, modeling with Creo, and validating NC files with Vericut. Proficiency in Excel, GD&T, and Windchill BOMs is expected, with collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in CAD/CAM or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of CNC programming using GibbsCAM.
• Familiarity with Creo CAD and GD&T concepts.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create machining program templates for part families using GibbsCAM.
• Model family table parts in Creo and maintain 3D CNC libraries.
• Validate NC files with Vericut prior to manufacturing release.
• Develop BOMs and manufacturing drawings in Windchill.
• Read blueprints, apply GD&T, and optimize tooling parameters.
