Qualifications

5-7 years of hands-on machining experience including setup and operation of CNC lathes & mills.
2-4 years of CNC programming experience.
Proven experience using CAM software, specifically Autodesk Fusion, for CNC programming and toolpath generation.
Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code for machine control.

Responsibilities

Convert CAD models into CNC programs by importing and translating design data into machine-readable code.
Create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, and other operations.
Ensure accuracy in tool paths, machining strategies, and program optimization to meet specs.
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and improve processes.
Interpret drawings, determine dimensions, tool selection, speeds, and feeds.
