American Vulkan Corporation in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a CNC Programmer (Couplings) to develop and modify CNC programs for coupling components. You will work with engineers, machinists, and production staff to optimize tooling, processes, and quality while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications include 5 years of CNC lathe experience and proficiency with Okuma CNCs; a High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and determine product dimensions and tolerances.
• Set controls to regulate machining, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
• Responsible for 100% of the quality of part manufactured.
• Monitor feed and speed of machines during machining.

This role ensures machining accuracy, efficiency, and conformance to specifications while collaborating with engineers, machinists, and production personnel to optimize tooling, processes, and overall quality. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and company standards are essential for success.## Qualifications**Requirements*** CNC Apprentice Requirements: As a CNC Apprentice, you will be trained in the skills shown above.
