Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, test, and optimize CNC milling programs for precision aerospace components. You will work with Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure efficient processes and continuous improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC programming, strong CAD/CAM proficiency, and GD&T interpretation. Collaborative teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
  • Develop machining methods and tooling strategies.
  • Set up and support CNC milling machines during production.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain programming documentation and revision control.
  • Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
  • Ensure all programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.
