Job summary

BestLogic Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision aerospace manufacturer. The role focuses on developing, testing, and optimizing CNC milling programs for high-precision components, collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.

You will set up machines, troubleshoot programs, reflect engineering changes, and drive improvements in cycle time and quality. Requires 5+ years CNC programming, CAD proficiency, GD&T interpretation, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
Strong experience programming CNC milling machines.
Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
Program custom components and tooling for production.
Develop machining methods and tooling strategies.
Set up and support CNC milling machines during production.
Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment.
Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency.
Maintain programming documentation and revision control.
Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
