Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in mechanical fabrication.
• Experience reading mechanical and engineering drawings.
• GD&T knowledge and electrical/schematic interpretation.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive CNC mill programming and operations to optimize efficiency.
• Spearhead expansion of CNC capabilities to expedite development cycles.
• Fabricate electromechanical production and test systems using various tools and equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions for tooling and equipment.
• Maintain development shop workflow, safety, tidiness, and inventory control of consumables and equipment.
• Promote 5S principles and keep an efficient, organized workspace.
