Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Grove City, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize mastercam-based programs for 4- and 5-axis CNC machines. The role reports to the Machining Manager and is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

You will interpret blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, and drive improvements across the machining process to meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Setup Machinist.
• 3+ years of CNC programming using MasterCam or similar CAD/CAM.
• Ability to read blueprints, 3D CAD models and GD&T.
• Familiarity with G & M codes; Fanuc experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interpret blueprint drawings, CAD models and GD&T to determine machining strategies.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters and workholding to improve accuracy and cycle times.
• Drive process improvements through toolpath optimization and programming practices.
• Create and optimize CNC programs for 4- and 5-axis HMCs/VMCs.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers and production leadership on shop floor setups.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and post-processor adjustments.
