Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer on 1st shift to develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining, partnering with engineering and production to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Responsibilities include creating and optimizing programs, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, supporting machine setup, tooling selection, and first-run success, and collaborating with machinists and engineers to drive process improvements and safe operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC equipment
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Ability to read technical prints and GD&T
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and inspection tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Manufacturing environment experience required

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling machines and related equipment
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
• Support machine setup, tooling selection, and first-run success
• Troubleshoot machining or programming issues
• Use precision measuring tools to validate finished parts
• Improve cycle times, tooling life, and manufacturing efficiency
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers on process improvements
• Support safe operation and production goals
