Job description

Are you a skilled CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and innovation? We're seeking a CNC Programmer with at least 5 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will take ownership of programming, tooling, and fixture design for advanced CNC machining operations.

Pay

Up to $50/hr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and refine CNC programs using CamWorks and/or MasterCam 3D.
2. Create tool lists, setup sheets, and source necessary tooling.
3. Edit and improve existing CNC programs as needed.
4. Design custom work holding fixtures in SolidWorks (jaws, vacuum fixtures, etc.).
5. Read and compare NC file code for machining accuracy.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience programming from CAD models, PDFs, and parts lists.
2. In-depth knowledge of GD&T, linear/ordinate dimensioning, and hole prep for inserts (helicoils, keenserts, etc.).
3. Strong file management skills and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools.
4. Solid understanding of manufacturing specs and machining tolerances.
